Avery's living/dining room ceiling was redone, which meant losing the old ceiling roses. As the new ceiling of the kitchen had become a landscape, volcanic mountain terrains found their way into the new, adjacent plasterboard to replace the lost roses. These are part of the story of Avery's deep geological/volcanic history, which is discussed here.
These ceiling pieces become the first of a future series. Contact us (poeia.onomato@gmail.com) if you want to discuss how to bring an Over-The-Top-Terrain (a rose by any other name) into your home. We are interested in telling many other kinds of stories through developing new, bespoke pieces.
